I'm not a coach who reads
from a script.
I'm an active investor first. The Academy exists because people kept asking me how I do what I do.
Most property education is written by people who stopped investing the day they started teaching. I built the Property Investor Academy the other way round: I'm still buying, still refinancing, still sourcing deals, and everything I teach comes from what's actually working in my own portfolio right now.
You don't need another generic property course. You need a strategy that actually fits your capital, your goals and your circumstances, and the guidance to see it through. That's the whole premise of the Academy. I work across BRRR, flips, single lets, commercial conversions and deal sourcing, and the same lens applies to every person I mentor: the strategy has to fit the deal, the market and the person, not the other way round.
I started the Academy because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable people stuck on the sidelines, not because they lacked ambition, but because nobody had sat down with them and mapped out an actual plan. Not a webinar. Not a PDF. A real plan, built for their numbers, that they could follow week by week.
